1. Property Appraisal
Firstly, we'll come & appraise your property - finding out everything there is to know about it. We'll also carry out a valuation so we can advise on what we think it'll fetch.
2. Identify Shortfalls
Once we know everything about your property, we can look at where it falls short (if at all) of the legal requirements for renting.
3. Getting 'rental ready'
We'll then formulate a plan to get your property ready. That might mean leaving everything to us, or you might do some things yourself. Either way, we're here to support you through it.
