Fully Managed Fee Discount – Limited Time Offer

Offer summary:

For a limited time, Greendoor Lettings is offering 25% off our Fully Managed service fee for the first six (6) months of a new management agreement. This reduces the standard management fee from 12% to 9% of the monthly rental income.

Promotion period:
This offer applies to new Fully Managed agreements signed between 9 January 2026 and 1 May 2026 (inclusive).

Eligibility:

Available to new Fully Managed clients only
A minimum 12-month management agreement is required
The property must be accepted onto our Fully Managed service

Discount details:

The discounted 9% management fee applies for the first six months only
From month seven onwards, the fee will automatically revert to the standard 12% rate, as set out in our Terms of Business
A minimum monthly fee of £80 applies at all times, including during the promotional period

Exclusions:
The discount applies only to the monthly Fully Managed management fee and does not apply to:

Contractor or maintenance invoice surcharges (including the 10% contractor coordination fee)
Tenant Find fees
Additional services, compliance fees, inventories, renewals, or ad-hoc charges
Third-party costs or disbursements

All other fees are charged in accordance with our standard Terms of Business.

Early termination:
If the agreement is terminated within the initial 12-month minimum term, the landlord remains liable for management fees for the remainder of that term, calculated in line with our Terms of Business. Any discounted fees already applied will not be reclaimed.

General:

This offer is non-transferable and cannot be combined with any other promotion unless stated
No cash alternative is available
All other terms and conditions remain unchanged and apply in full
Greendoor Lettings reserves the right to withdraw or amend this offer at any time without affecting agreements already entered into during the promotion period
